Welcome to my premier 12-week weight loss program, designed for women seeking a science-backed, enjoyable way to shed pounds without deprivation.
Through this program, I'll guide you through a method I’ve honed to help women achieve lasting weight loss in a pleasurable, sustainable way. You'll build self-trust and self-sufficiency throughout the journey.
I’ll equip you with specific tools and strategies to reprogram your brain, empowering you to lose weight and step confidently into the body of your dreams.

I will guide you in creating a personalized plan that suits your body's needs, food preferences, and lifestyle. You will learn how to adapt this plan for different situations such as weekdays, weekends, and special events so that you feel prepared and in control.
We'll meet 1x/week for 1 hour, where | will teach you the mindset tools you'll need to lose weight for the last time and find food freedom. That will also be our time for live coaching.
You will have access to our private communication channel
throughout the 12 weeks, where you can reach out for help and receive on- demand coaching to ensure you are making progress towards your goals.
This program is about doing new things, not simply learning them. I provide you with specific "experiments" and exercises to try on a weekly basis to ensure that the concepts that you are learning "come to life" in a real way for you.
